PaymentAll payments will be accepted in CAD currency. A minimum 50% payment is required upfront to secure your order ( the “Retainer”). No exceptions. The remaining half of the amount will be due upon completion of the digital artwork and before receiving the final drawing. The commissions will not commence until fully executed of both Quote and Retainer are received. No exceptions. If applicable, the shipping cost of the physical print will be added to the final cost near the painting's finalization. Payments can only be made through PayPal or Canada Bank E-Transfer. Outside Canada purchases will also be accepted, however, exchange rates may be applied through PayPal. BT Kiyoko will NOT accept the following but not limited: Credit card numbers, phone payments, checks, and cash. Canada Bank E-Transfer can be made to btkiyoko@gmail.com. PayPal payments can be made to Paypal.me/btkiyoko. Once the Commission is delivered, all SALES ARE FINAL. Disclaimer: Any donations made through Buy Me a Coffee, Ko-Fi or Paypal has no affiliation to any Quote provided and shall not be used as a substitute or partial payment for the Quote provided.

ProcessThe commissions will not commence until the fully executed Quote and Retainer are received. No exception. The commission is based on a first-come-first-served basis. After a request for Commission has been received by BT Kiyoko, the client will receive a commission Quote outlining the details of the charges for the commissions. At the commencement of your Commission, you will be asked to provide details and/or reference photos of your desired piece of art. Once this process is completed you will be given the Commission Quote. Work in Process will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it. The time for your commission to be completed can be from 1 week and up to 2 months depending on many factors, such as but not limited to; Health, order of the commission, complexity, shipping, and family issues. If any of the things stated above occur you will be notified as soon as possible. After the commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to make. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes. If your reference was unclear or your instructions are unclear from the beginning, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order of what you are aiming for.

PricingBT Kiyoko offers digital illustration, physical print, and shipping. All are sold separately. Additional charges apply for the following Any additional figure(s); Two characters at a double cost, three characters at triple the cost, and so forth. Explicit content. Including but not limited to Gore Violence Erotica Complex backgrounds* Any major changes after the sketch phase* Minor changes are accepted until the last draft email is received, and Major changes* are subject to a surcharge. Rushed Commissions The commission is based on a first-come-first-served basis. However, commissions that have to be done as soon as possible will be on a RUSH basis, subject to a Rush Fee. BT Kiyoko has the right to decline the request depending on the deadline and complexity. RUSH OPTIONS are available upon request for additional fees. You MUST inform BT Kiyoko of any deadlines before the commencement of the commission in the commission detail form. Physical printAll physical print costs are sold separately and pricing depends on the material and dimension you request it to be made in. Please contact btkiyoko@gmail.com for the pricing of prints. Available print products and prices are subject to change and need a minimum of 1-3 weeks to print depending on the print order sequence. RUSH OPTION is available for selected items, please contact us for information on which print products qualify for the Rush option. There is NO rush option for canvas. Canvas prints must be ordered with a minimum of 2-3 weeks window after the painting is done. This does not include the painting process of the digital image.

Commercial CommissionsA Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of the original price. With the commercial right you, the client, are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand. Credit is required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited. Such as posting online. For commercial work, please contact BT Kiyoko at btkiyoko@gmail.com

Cancelling/Refunding PolicyBT Kiyoko has the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If money has not been received yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. A refund may be requested and approved as long as BT Kiyoko has not commenced work on the Commission. Once a commission is past the sketch/first draft phase, no refund shall be available on the Retainer. If you paid the full amount upfront, then 50% of the cost will be refunded.

Materials ProvidedBT Kiyoko does not claim ownership of the materials you provided to BT Kiyoko (including feedback and suggestions). However, images may be used to compare photos to the artwork on the BT Kiyoko website and other associated services.
